Cancellation and Late Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.
* If this is your first appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee and a new non refundable deposit will be required to rebook
LATE: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will not be able to book any future appointments.
